The villa has 160m2 distributed in 4 double bedrooms, two of them with beds of 180x200, one of 150x200 and the third one with two beds of 90x200, three complete bathrooms (two of them en suite), a large living room with direct access to the swimming pool and all on one floor. The villa has been completely refurbished in 2016 and has a large private garden surrounded by trees, lawns and flowers; in the garden there is a barbecue area. The house has alarm with photo detectors. Photo is taken in the case if the alarm goes off. It does not record video. If you do not want to use it you can cover the photo detectors.
