The house is quietly located by the sea (first line) in a slightly elevated location (9 m above sea level) with views of the trees and the sea. It is spacious (170m² living space) and opens onto a large covered terrace and on a private garden (500m²). The long sandy beach is accessible on foot, around 300 meters via a small path or 600 meters via a path. The village can also be reached on foot by the beach or by a path. Composition: large living room (air conditioner), well equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 air conditioned), 2 shower rooms (shower and WC). Other amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, safe, satellite TV, WIFI on request). The large natural stone slab garden is well-landscaped and includes a lovely barbecue area and an outdoor shower. It is fully enclosed and its entrance is closed by a gate. Cars can be parked inside the garden. Surrounded by a garden with BBQ and outdoor shower, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Villa built in 1964, fully renewed in 2012. It has 130 square meters built in two levels, in a property of 400 m2. Located in front of the beach and at 200 m. of the centre of Hospitalet de l'Infant, in Costa Dorada. It has three large terraces facing the sea, three bedrooms (one en suite), two toilets, kitchen and a large living room. If you are looking for a not crowded beach and a house which is both in front of the sea and at a walking distance (200m) of the centre of a small and clean village, this is a good choice. The house is located 37 km far from Reus Airport, and 123 km far from Barcelona Airport. The train station is at walking distance (850m). All types of water sports available at walking distance.
