It is located just 50 metres from the beach and features a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a shaded terrace. This villa offers the simple joy of sunshine, the sea, and an ideal location for your holiday. Just stepping out of the villa, you can find yourself on the golden sands of Cap Roig beach—one of the finest beaches in the area—in under sixty seconds. Villa Arenal is a superb villa 100 m from the Arenal beach, renovated with great flair and taste and semi adapted for wheelchair access with multiple ramps, automated stair-chair, adapted shower and washing facilities, and close to all the amenities and restaurants. The villa is pristine, with a lighted barbecue zone to the rear of the property, private swimming pool, independent and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area with a table that can be extended to 2.40 m. There is a downstairs WC and a covered terrace overlooking the pool.
