The 500m2 garden is laid out with a large lawn, lemon and olive trees and has a 3 x 6m pool. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind in nature. The terrace has a cosy dining area with barbecue and sunshade. The house has a practical layout. The living room has an open kitchen with dining area and living room with TV and exit to the garden. The two air-conditioned double bedrooms (hot/cold) have built-in wardrobes and each has large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
