The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the spacious garden you will find a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanisation, there are neighbours close to the house. The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV-Sat, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the main floor you will find three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A separate bathroom with bath completes this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with AC, two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. This pretty holiday villa is situated in Crestatx, a residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Your holiday starts as soon as you go through the majestic iron gates. The villa has a beautiful garden with 34 palm trees, hence the name ´La Palmeras´. There is a lovely, swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, with a waterfall, as well both an outdoor charcoal barbecue, gas BBQ. There is also a shower room by the pool and a pond - complete with fish and terrapins! The holiday villa has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated. The accommodation is divided into two separate, self-contained units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms. Each part of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they have their own entrances. There are 5 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom next to the pool The ground floor opens out onto the gardens, pool, barbecue and a covered terrace. The first floor also has a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool as well as a large roof terrace with views of the mountains which is a real sun trap.
