The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, separate kitchen, three bathrooms, glazed terrace, balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: in 200 meters there is a supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is in 50 meters. The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas!
