It has a ground floor terrace and large rooftop solarium for shade in the summer and all year round sun. It’s very well situated for Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, the local Saturday market, shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and beaches. On a secure gated complex in a well established quiet residential area, the house is within walking distance of beaches, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, a large weekly street market and the wonderful ZENIA BOULEVARD Shopping Centre. Zenia Boulevard opened in September 2012 and is one of the biggest commercial centres in Europe with over 175,000m2 of retail space. It is open until late in the evening every day of the year, has free parking, free wifi and hosts entertainment events most afternoons and evenings. Shops include: Decathlon, H&M, C&A, Lefties, Zara, Zara Home, Mango, Primark, Alcampo hypermarket, Leroy Merlin, Guess, Geox and many others. There is also a pharmacy, lots of bars and restaurants, a casino and a bowling alley – needless to say we spend a lot of time there and really cannot believe our luck that it is only 10 minutes walk away from the house! We offer for holiday rental a spacious new house in a gated residential complex in the area of Villamartin (Orihuela Costa). The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms, terrace and private solarium. The complex has 2 communal swimming pools (one heated), children's area and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all appliances (including coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. On the solarium there is a cosy area with barbecue. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: La Senia shopping centre is about 2,5 km away. The nearest DIALPRIX supermarket is 700 m away. The sea and the beach are about 3 km away. Accommodation options: up to 7 persons (strictly no pets!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas!
