Our family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa has its own pool and is located in a quiet residential area yet close to all amenities - shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and the beautiful beaches of the southern Costa Blanca. Free Wi-fi, UK and satellite TV channels, air-conditioning in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Plenty of space by the pool to enjoy the sun and plenty of space to sit in the shade if you prefer. There is a secluded sun terrace on the roof and the villa has all the facilities you need - microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen. The nearest beaches are Cabo Roig - a 15 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car and La Zenia - a 20 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car. There are plenty of other beaches between a 10 minute drive (Campaomor, Playa Flamenca, Mil Palmeras) or further afield to the warm waters of the Mar Menor one way and La Mata and Guardamar the other way beyond Torrevieja which are 20 minutes by car along the N332 or motorway. A 10 minute stroll takes you to the Cabo Roig strip with its wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes and a range of bars and shops. 5 minutes by car will take you to La Zenia Boulevard for a huge range of shops and more restaurants.
