This traditional Andalusian style villa offers fantastic accommodation and entertainment areas and is located 400m from Marbella’s finest beaches and restaurants. Elegant décor, various terraces, sea views and spacious bedrooms, this villa has it all! The entrance level is very spacious and airy thanks to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a beautiful indoor patio allowing natural light into all the rooms. The living area features a variety of sofas and seating areas and a fireplace for the winter evenings. The vast kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the terrace. There is a laundry room with a washing machine (no dryer). On this level there is also a double bedroom (210cm bed) with en-suite shower and access to the indoor patio, a separate Tv room and an independent “Wing” with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles (180) and 1 bunk bed), a bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette. The large, level garden has trees in one corner providing pleasant shade for the BBQ area. There is seating for 16.
