The yard ends at the beach where a number of restaurants can be found within walking distance. The house has 5 main bedrooms, 4 on the ground floor, each with attached bathroom, one bedroom upstairs also with attached bath, plus a downstairs maids/extra children's room. There is a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the appliances you need for a hassle-free holiday including a quooker filtered hot, cold & sparkling water tap, dish washer and washing machine. Patio doors from the kitchen take you on to the terrace and the extensive outside space. There is a charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink on the covered terrace outside the kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is the lounge which has relaxed seating, flat screen TV and fireplace. There is also a “reading/chill area” and a dining table with seating for 8 people. Patio doors lead from the lounge on to the terrace and garden. There is a cloakroom/WC off of the entrance area.
