This modern apartment (with fibre broadband) on Dream Hills 2, Orihuela Costa, is just a short drive from Torrevieja & close to areas such as Villamartin & Playa Flamenca. It has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) with further sleeping space within the main living areas if required. Also, a cot is provided for a young child. The property has been enhanced by enclosing an outside terrace so that it can be used all year round and makes the rest of the apartment more spacious. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which was completely renovated in 2022 to create large walk-in shower instead of a bath, with the 2nd having a smaller shower cubicle. Both have a WC and wash basin which is excellent for larger groups! The kitchen has good facilities whilst the living area has dining facilities as well as a TV (with Firestick). Spacious 3 bedroom, detached family villa in a gated community. Set next to a beautiful communal swimming pool, open all year round. The property, which is situated in Los Altos, is only a short drive from Torrevieja, where you will find its: beaches, shops, restaurants, funfair, market, harbour walk and water parks. Restaurants, bars, bakery and a chemist within 100 metres from the villa, including an Indian, Chinese, pizza and steak restaurant. In addition to this, there is a popular sports bar, 'The Lime Bar', which shows all of the football matches, live on big screens. This is amongst other family friendly cafes which provide free Wifi. Local bus stop 200 metres away, taking you to the Blue Flag beach of La Zenia, and to the now famous Zenia Boulevard with its array of shops, coffee bars, children's entertainment, bowling, arcades and a whole floor dedicated to eating out- open late into the night.
