This modern apartment (with fibre broadband) on Dream Hills 2, Orihuela Costa, is just a short drive from Torrevieja & close to areas such as Villamartin & Playa Flamenca. It has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) with further sleeping space within the main living areas if required. Also, a cot is provided for a young child. The property has been enhanced by enclosing an outside terrace so that it can be used all year round and makes the rest of the apartment more spacious. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which was completely renovated in 2022 to create large walk-in shower instead of a bath, with the 2nd having a smaller shower cubicle. Both have a WC and wash basin which is excellent for larger groups! The kitchen has good facilities whilst the living area has dining facilities as well as a TV (with Firestick). In addition to a balcony the property has a large, private roof solarium that's perfect for sunbathing or having a BBQ. ** New for 2024 we have installed a pergola on the roof (see photos) that provides some respite from the sunshine**. On the ground floor is a living / dining area with patio, kitchen with Dishwasher, 1 bedroom, 1 shower and garden with barbecue and outside dining table with 6 chairs and umbrella for shade and barbeque. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath, patio and a washing machine on the third floor is a herlicher sun terrace with deckchairs.
