Our house "Suerte al Sur" is located in the north of Fuerteventura on the colored mountains "Montana Colorada" with the volcano Calderon Hondo. The property has a size of 3000 sqm and is beautifully planted. On a floor area of 230m2 there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A bathroom in addition to the shower room with a bathtub. For us a villa in the sun had to have the perfect west facing aspect for sunset family dinners on the terrace. It needed to be close enough to fantastic restaurants & local amenities (like mains electricity, internet, supermarket, pharmacy, kids playpark etc), rural enough for open views & tranquility, & as close as possible to the surf. Plus it needed thoughtful safety & entertainment for young children to ensure parents can relax. We’d been renting villas for years in the Canaries & had not found the perfect house so in 2012 built our own. electrically heated pool to ensure warmth even in the winter. Two master bedrooms have super kingsize beds, every mattress & all linen in the villa is the finest quality to ensure the perfect nights sleep.
