Cozy house with sea views from which you can reach the beach in 3 minutes walking. We have the possibility to go to the naturist beach of Playa Marina in 8 minutes. Fuengirola is 2.5 km away and Cala de Mijas is 3 km away. The pine forests of the rear saw provide a place to walk in addition to the beach, and several golf courses in a few kilometers away. The entrance with automatic garage door opens in the underground garage. The pedestrian entrance leads to a garden of 600 m that leads to the front door where it opens to a large open hallway that leads to the very spacious 60m2 living room with dining area, fireplace, TV, sliding doors leading to the porches and the entrance to a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a laundry room that has a door that leads to the back of the house where we find a sunken area ideal to sit and read or have a drink when the sun shines in the front of the garden and we fancy shade or vice versa.. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, four of them with sea views and one with unobstructed views of the Sierra de Mijas. There are 4 full bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom that also leads to a fabulous terrace.
