The pedestrian entrance leads to a garden of 600 m that leads to the front door where it opens to a large open hallway that leads to the very spacious 60m2 living room with dining area, fireplace, TV, sliding doors leading to the porches and the entrance to a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a laundry room that has a door that leads to the back of the house where we find a sunken area ideal to sit and read or have a drink when the sun shines in the front of the garden and we fancy shade or vice versa..
