First floor studio with communal garden at the foot of the apartment, located in Mijas Costa just 700 meters from the beach, is a cozy and spacious studio with separate kitchen, bedroom with 150cm bed separated by curtains and on the upper level, spacious living room with double sofa and dining table. It also has a large and bright dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub. The studio is fully equipped including garden furniture, table, chairs, hammocks and umbrella. The swimming pools are located just 15 meters from the studio, so you can disconnect from the noise at the times you want, there is a small soccer field in the urbanization for the youngest. Cozy house with sea views from which you can reach the beach in 3 minutes walking. We have the possibility to go to the naturist beach of Playa Marina in 8 minutes. Fuengirola is 2.5 km away and Cala de Mijas is 3 km away. The pine forests of the rear saw provide a place to walk in addition to the beach, and several golf courses in a few kilometers away. The entrance with automatic garage door opens in the underground garage. The pedestrian entrance leads to a garden of 600 m that leads to the front door where it opens to a large open hallway that leads to the very spacious 60m2 living room with dining area, fireplace, TV, sliding doors leading to the porches and the entrance to a large fully equipped kitchen. Our villa is centrally located in El Faro (Mijas Costa), between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 500 metres to the beach and 200 metres to nearest supermarket. The nearest beach can boast with restaurant and two beach bars. Within 600 metres walk you have at least 10 restaurants to go to, so there is an abundance of choices if you to not want to go to Fuengirola or La Cala, but just want to stay at home. The house is fully renovated in June 2022. It is centrally placed in an area with many villas in El Faro. It is a perfect suit for 2 families travelling together as it consists of 2 living units, but the house is rented out as a full villa, so you can enjoy your privacy on your holiday and have the pool for yourselves without anyone taking over. At the pool we have 6 sunbeds available. On the roof terrace you can sit in the bar and enjoy the sun or pull out the awning if you need som shade. From here you have a nice view of the local area and you have the ocean in the background. The house offers many sitting groups both in the sun, but also options to sit in the shade if needed. Air condition is installed in all bedroom and living rooms. We can offer private parking on the lot. It should be possible to have two cars there if they are not the biggest of cars.
