Decorated in contemporary neutral tones and furnishings, here you will find peace and quiet in a wonderfully relaxing setting, whilst being only 2km from the bustling town of Calahonda and the beach. This apartment would suit a family or a small group of golfers as you have a variety of golf courses within a 5km radius. The apartment offers a double bedroom (160cm) with ensuite bathroom, and a twin room with a separate bathroom with a shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with Smart TV. A highlight is the enclosed terrace that has glass curtains that can be opened completely to provide a lovely exterior terrace or closed (fully or partially) to provide a gorgeous, sunny and warm space in the winter.
