On the second floor of a fully renovated building from the XVI century, which has all modern comforts (elevator, airco). It still has the authentic character of an old building with high ceilings and walls made of original stones. It has a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful square and old streets! The living room has a smart TV with cable television and Netflix, high quality fast internet/wifi, a comfortable sofa convertible to a double bed and a big dining table for 6 people. The apartment also has a modern kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas shove and Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a specific sink for clothes with a washing-dryer machine hidden behind a sliding wall. The apartment has two bedrooms; a large main bedroom and an extra bedroom. Lovely and elegantly decorated apartment just outside of the Bari Vell, the old historic center of the Girona. Located in a quiet street, a few minutes’ walk from the old city wall. The one-bedroom apartment has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can hide away, spacious and light bedroom with plenty of closet space and a modern bathroom. The apartment is part of a bigger house, but you have your own entry. There is a small hallway which leads to the living room. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 and an open kitchen that you can completely hide away in a well-designed wooden closet. There is air-conditioning, heating and wifi. The bedroom has a double bed, is light and there is a large closet. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, single sink and toilet.The garden you see in some of the photos is from the people who live in the house.
