Committed to our environment, the estate of Mas El Carrer is adhered to different projects of forest maintenance and pasture recovery. This beautiful house is located in L'Escala, close to the natural park Montgrí. The house is distributed in one floor where you will find: the kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed 1.60m, one with a double bed 1.40m, and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with access to the terrace. You will be able to enjoy the private swimming pool with barbecue area. This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, garage for 1 car and 1 outdoor parking space on the plot. There is air conditioning in the dining room, French TV, accommodation does not allow pets. Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
