This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. This villa, which can accommodate 16 people, has 900m² of constructed area and a 1500m² plot. It is comfortable and very cozy. The jacuzzi and fireplaces DO NOT WORK due to Safety and Hygiene Regulations. It has 8 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 cm bed) is very spacious and bright. It has a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. It also features a walk-in closet, air conditioning and heating, and a large terrace with valley views. The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, is very bright, has air conditioning and heating, and large windows leading to a small terrace with mountain views.
