Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa 10 minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. This villa, which can accommodate 16 people, has 900m² of built area and 1500m² of plot, and is comfortable and very cozy. The Jacuzzi and Fireplaces DO NOT WORK due to Safety and Hygiene Regulations. It has 8 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 cm bed) is very spacious and bright. It has a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It also has a dressing room, air conditioning and heating, and a large terrace with valley views. The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, is very bright, has air conditioning and heating, and large windows opening onto a small terrace with mountain views. The third bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, has built-in wardrobes, large windows opening onto a large terrace with valley views, air conditioning, and heating. The fourth bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, and a balcony with mountain views.
