The house is accessed from a terrace to the kitchen-dining room with a large window that gives us light and a wide landscape. Descending some steps we reach the living room where we find the home and the exit to another terrace with barbecue; It also has large windows. We also descend to the ground floor where we find a double bedroom, another with two beds and a bathroom. Parties or events are not allowed. Finally, to say that it is an energy-efficient autonomous home, since solar energy is what provides us with both light, sanitary water and heating; the latter with a support of a propane boiler. That is why a greater responsibility is demanded in the use and consumption of energy, without this meaning making a rational and ordinary use of it....
