With a very Mediterranean style, and just 50 meters from the beach of Portet de Moraira, it is one of the favorites among Villas Guzmán guests. This very special villa is one of the first villas built in Portet. Between 2017 and 2018, the villa was completely renovated and designed respecting almost all the original elements of the time but with all modern comforts, as well as adapting and merging the decoration of yesteryear with the current Mediterranean style.
