A Mediterranean gem, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and was originally an authentic fisherman's house in Moraira. It is located facing the sea and directly above the famous Portet beach in Moraira, a townhouse that features stairs leading directly down to the sand of the beach. A house for lovers of the sea and leisure, undoubtedly, as right below it, we also find one of the area's most famous restaurants, El Portet restaurant. Accommodation Layout: With 150 m² of living space, the townhouse is spread over two floors connected by internal stairs. The main floor has a rustic-style, fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a table for 8 diners, air conditioning, a TV area with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and beautiful sea views, and a second bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, you access a spectacular terrace with a table for dining overlooking the sea, and outdoor seating with lovely views of Portet beach and the Peñon de Ifach in the background. The lovely Villa San Vicente in Moraira has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. With a very Mediterranean style, and only 50 meters from the beach of Portet de Moraira, it is a favorite among Villas Guzmán guests. This very special villa is one of the first villas built in Portet. Between 2017 and 2018, the villa was completely renovated and designed, respecting almost all the original elements of the time but with all modern comforts, as well as adapting and merging the old decoration with the current Mediterranean style. Distributed over 240 m2 and on a single floor, the villa has an entrance that leads to a living-dining room divided into two areas, a seating area with original seating in front of the house's large original fireplace, and the dining area with a beautiful table and plenty of natural light. Straight ahead, a wide corridor opens up, leading to the 5 bedrooms located in the main house. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
