Bebedero means drinker, that it´s because the people who lived around here came here to bring the water home, and also because they let their animals drink from the small tanks. With this abundance of water, they built the laundries where the woman used to wash the family´s clothes. Dream holiday home with pool, sea views and absolute privacy in a very quiet location in Icod de Los Vinos. The evergreen garden with tropical plants around the huge pool (8 x 5 m) is a real highlight. For families with small children, there is even a playhouse, which guarantees parents a relaxing time. A barbecue and dining area completes the outdoor space with a shower room (with hot water). The living area with fireplace (firewood not included) and high speed WIFI has a living and dining area with integrated kitchen overlooking the pool area. The master bedroom, with a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed and combined hot and cold air conditioning, opens onto the back of the house. Facing the garden overlooking the pool is the second bedroom with a comfortable new sofa bed (1,35 x 1,90 m) and a working area with desk. The additional shower room in the house area is completely renovated. In a small laundry room there is a washing machine, which is of course at the disposal of our guests. This traditional Canarian Casa is the final addition to our apartments at Finca Las Gaviotas. It has all the same shared facilities and ambience as El Teide and La Fuente which have been greatly appreciated by our guests, (please read the reviews on these properties and see what our guests say about their stay at Finca Las Gaviotas),but it is built high on the side of the barranco in direct line with the Atlantic Ocean. It’s where the kestrels fly and it has uninterrupted views of the coast, Mount Teide and surrounding fincas. Anyone who is interested in ornithology and the study of Kestrels will surely love it. The apartment has its own large terrace with amazing veiws and has just been completely renovated with a traditional Canarian kitchen including new saucepans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so you can make yourself completely at home and cook your favourite dishes. The bathroom is also new with towels provided, and there is a comfy sofa bed for a 3rd adult or child. There is a separate terrace which has a natural stone pool, shower and WC. Along side the pool is a wood burning pizza oven, separate barbeque and kitchen where you can relax and share the facilities with other guests.
