Nice villa in Denia only 150m from the sea. The plot of 600 m2 is completely fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with roman steps with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outside shower. Access to the property is via a covered terrace with garden furniture. Once inside we find the living-dining room with ceiling fan, satellite TV with flat screen. For the winter months the house has gas central heating and a fireplace to heat the house. This beautiful villa very close to the beach has a garage, garden and private swimming pool, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The cosy accommodation is distributed in 60 m2 and consists of a living room/kitchen/dining room open to each other, 2 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout, as well as Wifi and satellite TV in the lounge. On entering we find the living/dining room area and kitchen, the latter equipped with all kinds of amenities. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer. From the living room and the dining room itself, glass doors open onto the garden and swimming pool area, all furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the place. There is also a barbecue. Both bedrooms have two 90cm beds and the bathroom has been recently renovated. It is located 450 m from the supermarket "Mas y Mas", 550 m from the sandy beach "Las Marinas", 1 km from the supermarket "Aldi", 3 km from the town of Denia, Heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions....

Well maintained villa on fenced plot situated in a residential area only 2.5km from the beach. Garden with palm trees, cypresses, hibiscus and lawn. The pool is 8x4m with roman steps, a max depth of 1.80m and minimum of 1.20m and outside shower. The house is accessed through a glazed terrace and garden furniture. Once inside, there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen with an open plan bar equipped with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and a two-door fridge. Continuing with the two double bedrooms, both with two single beds side by side. Both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower. Distance to the village centre 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and to Denia 9 km. Heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included.
