The villa was constructed in the 70-s however the owner has kept the property very well maintained. The garden is really beautiful. The private pool area is located directly south so sunshine from morning to evening can be enjoyed. There are sunbeds at the property. Directly next to the pool there is a covered terrace for those who want to cool down on the lounge sofa or dining table. Air-condition: 1 central unit for entire home WIFI: available for free.
