It has a terrace with stairs that go directly down to the community garden with pool. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The last one, which is the largest, has a double bed, a private bathroom and is air-conditioned. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
