Beautiful house with garden and pool located in the Alberes area of Empuriabrava. Upon entering the property, the first thing you notice is the garden with natural grass, the saltwater pool of about 5 x 9 m, and the parking area. Outside there is also a large porch with a table for six people, a chill-out area ideal for relaxing, a built-in barbecue, and six sun loungers to enjoy the sun. For those who prefer shade, the garden also has a parasol. Inside, the ground floor features a living room with two sofas and a TV, and a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an integrated table and six stools. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (1 of 150 x 200 and 2 of 160 x 200). Two of them have access to a large terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and one also has a TV. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The villa is not rented to groups of young people, but small pets are welcome with a €50 supplement – a great advantage for those travelling with pets.
