The house Vilars 10, in the village of Espolla Alt Empordà. Fully restored in 2011, exposed beams, stone walls, restored furniture ... On the ground floor is the garage and access to a municipal garden, double bedroom, bathroom,living room. In the 1 st floor kitchen full equipped (with washing machine,dishwasher,fridge whit freezer, oven, microwave, coffe machine Dolce Gusto,...) a double bedroom with bathroom, double bedroom, bathroom and direct access to the terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, upstairs there is also a covered terrace with garden furniture for sunbathing, relax, play ... The house is next to the church and the bell touches the quarters and hours as is tradition in many towns of the Empordà....
