The American-style kitchen, which is open to the dining and living area, is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. The villa has four bedrooms: a double room with two single beds 80x200 (convertible into a double bed), another double room with a 160x200 bed and two exterior bedrooms with individual access that can be connected via a door. These two rooms have 160x200 double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
