Villa Cas Berris is a very spacious villa with a lots of character. One of its best features is the spectacular sea views. It has great panoramic views of Ibiza's landscape from every bedroom and even from the balconies, patios, gardens, pool area and the barbecue pit. In other words, the sea is always present in this villa. It was built with the best of Ibizan style with stone and wooden ceilings and white walls. The villa has elegant gardens and a wonderful private pool with the Ibizan sun splashing over its surface throughout the day all within estate walls. The villa is spacious and covers 300 m² over two floors. On the lower floor you have the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a living room and a full bathroom. On the upper floor are four bedrooms one of them en-suite. This floor has beautiful patio-balconies where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi. It is located just a five minute drive from Es Cubells where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is approx. 2 km before Escubells. This reformed coutry house is a mixture of old and new, some of the original outside walls are nearly 1m thick in contrast to the newer walls at the front of the villa. From the attractive parking area with weeping willow and the flowers a few steps lead to the pool terrace and villa. The entrance to the villa is through a large glass door into the open plan living/dining area and bar style kitchen with serving hatch. The bedrooms are accessed from the living area. One twin bedroom on the right has a full en suite shower room while the other 2 twin bedrooms are one step up from the living room.
