It is a stone house with an area of 145 m² distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, the dining room, the kitchen with a large pantry and on a lower level the living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden. On the upper floor there are the rest of the bedrooms and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The traditional rustic style house is charming and cosy. Outside there is a large lawn area leading from the living room terrace to the pool and right in the middle there is a large pine tree which provides a pleasant shaded area.
