Finca Can Simonet is located on a plot of 17 hectares very close to the village of Es Llombards and was completed in 2010. It is very close to Cala Llombards and the famous Es Trenc beach and meets the highest standards. The spacious living/dining room has a dining table with chairs and a cozy sofa area with a flat screen in front of the fireplace. You will receive German television. The villa has three bedrooms for two people each. If there are seven of you, we will put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. You will sleep in one of the two double or single beds. With a total of four bathrooms, you have plenty of privacy. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard. Finca on the edge of Es Llombards built in Mallorcan style and guaranteeing a vacation close to all beaches and bays. The layout of the finca is such that even with six people everyone can have their own area. The finca was built in 1920 and renovated in 2018. At the beginning of 2023 there was a small refreshment in some areas. The dining room is furnished with an oval table and behind it, before entering the living room, there is a cozy chill-out area. The air conditioning unit located here allows you to control the temperature from mid-June to the end of September. There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom, which is very spacious and has direct access to the terrace, can be accessed via the living room. It lies very close to the Cala Llombards and the famous beach of Es Trenc and will best meet the high expectations. The Villa features three bedrooms for two persons each.
