Upon entering the property, the first thing you notice is the garden with natural grass, the saltwater pool of about 5 x 9 m, and the parking area. Outside there is also a large porch with a table for six people, a chill-out area ideal for relaxing, a built-in barbecue, and six sun loungers to enjoy the sun. For those who prefer shade, the garden also has a parasol. Inside, the ground floor features a living room with two sofas and a TV, and a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an integrated table and six stools. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (1 of 150 x 200 and 2 of 160 x 200).
