It measures 16 x 8 metres and its depth is between 1 and 2.1 metres. There is a 6 x 6 metre children's pool with a depth of 0.4 metres so that even the little ones can enjoy the water. The flat has a fantastic, private terrace where you can serve your meals al fresco with views of the sea in the distance. The flat is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and boasts practical, cosy furnishings where you won't miss a thing for your perfect holiday. The air-conditioned living room is equipped with satellite TV and a ceiling fan. Right next door is the kitchen with a ceramic hob and basic cooking equipment.
