Something that sets this flat apart from many places in Spain is the peacefulness you'll encounter. You won't hear loud motorcycles buzzing by in the middle of the night nor entire conversations by neighbors. This is a very tranquil, beautiful spot on the coast. Every morning you can hear the birds singing and have your coffee/tea on the terrace with a breathtaking view.
