Outdoor area with a private pool (7.5 x 3.6m), garden, and garage (5x3m). Cozy and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking: cutlery, pans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) and a terrace with pool views, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90x200cm), 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Pets not allowed. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not accepted. - Sheets and towels are not included. Cost is 8 euros/person/sheets and 8 euros/person/towels. - Wi-Fi is not included. Cost is 7 euros per day to be paid upon arrival. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair.
