It is open all year round and can accommodate up to four guests and two pets (on request). The surface of the house is 60 m² house + 15 m² porch and has an extensive fully fenced private garden of 8,500 m². For security reasons, the house is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age and the organization of parties is strictly forbidden.
