Set in beautiful countryside with surrounding olive groves, but just 5 minutes from the motorway network, the village of Salinas is just 10 minutes walk from the cortijo and has a great choice of bars and traditional restaurants. The house has been recently renovated and finished to a high standard by the owner. The house has seven bedrooms with heating for the winter and a fan for the summer, three bathrooms with a shower, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a pellet stove, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: Four bedrooms are double, three with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two other bedrooms are triples, both with a double bed and a single bed. And the last bedroom is quadruple with a bunk bed that has two beds in the lower part and two other beds in the upper part.
