In the centre of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, outside shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door in front of the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as well as the garage. Mediterranean-style country house with views to the countryside, the mountains and the sea and Calpe in the background, located in the Osalva section of Benissa, in a rural area, about 5 kilometers from the city of Benissa. In the city of Benissa, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets. From Villa Osalva you can drive in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira and enjoy the beaches, restaurants, leisure places, as well as hiking, cycling, etc ... as the entire area is surrounded by mountains . Osalva is a single level house on a fenced plot. When entering the plot, there is a large area to park few cars, and also, outside the plot, there is a space of land to park. Well maintained holiday home close to the sea and the town, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with nice sea views. Plot of about 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn and variety of plants. The pool has 5x10m and an outside shower. From the parking area (not enclosed) there are some steps leading up to the entrance of the house. The house has a separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and an exit to the covered terrace and the pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for the winter months (ask for price). In the living room there is also a fireplace but this cannot be used. Next to the parking place there is a big storage room with a washing machine. The distance to the beach is 500m, bars/restaurants 1km and to the town 2km. According to municipal regulations no barbecues with fire are allowed from the 1st of June to the 15th of October. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency....
