In front of the house there is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The garden of the house is very spacious, and has lawned areas as well as other areas with soil, for the comfort of our customers. The swimming pool is covered (not heated). On entering the house we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants such as palm trees, pines and shrubs, with a cosy covered barbecue corner (according to municipal ordinance no barbecue with fire from the 1st of June until the 15th of October). The swimming pool, not visible from the outside, of 8x4m with roman steps is next to the terrace with outside shower. The house, simply furnished, has two bedrooms with two single beds each (the beds are built in, so they cannot be moved), a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Well maintained holiday home close to the sea and the town, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with nice sea views. Plot of about 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn and variety of plants. The pool has 5x10m and an outside shower. From the parking area (not enclosed) there are some steps leading up to the entrance of the house. The house has a separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and an exit to the covered terrace and the pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for the winter months (ask for price). In the living room there is also a fireplace but this cannot be used. Next to the parking place there is a big storage room with a washing machine. The distance to the beach is 500m, bars/restaurants 1km and to the town 2km. According to municipal regulations no barbecues with fire are allowed from the 1st of June to the 15th of October. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
