There is a lovely, covered terrace with further seating and dining furniture, leading onto the patio and plunge pool. There are 4 sunbeds for your use. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms: The Master has an ensuite bathroom, a TV and access to a terrace. The other 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. There is also a unique “Roman Bath” for your enjoyment. There is aircon and wifi throughout the villa. There is a BBQ on the front patio, and there is parking for 1 car. The location of Casa Agnes is ideal! A 2-minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to a couple of restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the San Pedro Boulevard and all the parks, restaurants and shops of San Pedro.
