Do you want to enjoy an amazing holiday in the middle of an authentic Spanish village? This unique villa is in an oasis of tranquillity and offers spectacular panoramas of the area. Ideal for vacations with family or friends. Within walking distance is a playground with a bar and on the 'Plaza,' you can fully enjoy real Spanish life. After a 15 -minute drive, you reach the beautiful, unspoilt beach of Rijana and Castell de Ferro. Beautiful cities such as Granada, Almeria and Malaga are just an hour's drive and for the nature lover, a visit to the mountain villages of the Alpujarras (about 1 hour's drive) is worth it. A visit to the caves of Nerja, the Alhambra and the Wild West Themapark is also recommended. You look out on the one hand at the Mediterranean Sea and the beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (40 m²) on the other side. The villa offers complete privacy and comfort. You can easily park 2 cars inside the dome and 2 cars in front of the entrance gate. The property features 5 spacious bedrooms - 3 with en-suite shower rooms and a large main family bathroom. Each bedroom offers its own stunning view of the mountains, sea or the mature gardens, pine and almond trees on acres of surrounding land - perfect for walking, reflecting, partying or just relaxing! There is a large, fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. The large dining area and living room have double aspect windows, letting in lashings of light and the surrounding views - the Pico Aguila (Eagles Peak) can be seen clearly from one of these windows! The swimming pool has its own built in BBQ area, shower and bar for extra shade - an ideal setting for those warm evenings or days when you just fancy lazing around. The space Villa Masia De L'Avi is located in a large plot of over 10,000 sq meters and is totally secluded and private. It has truly stunning open panoramic views down the valley and across the olive groves to the sea. The grounds feature mature planted fruit and palm trees and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tranquillity and scenery. Its a perfect place for families too with a 9 meter infinity pool to play in . The pool has a shallow end and walk in steps for younger guests.
