The duplex is situated only a few hundred metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca and is a short stroll through the surrounding pine forests and sand dunes which are part of a protected nature reserve. The property has a large sun terrace where you can have the privacy to sun bathe undisturbed or enjoy long warm summer evenings with family and friends. Enjoy watching the sun set over the distant mountains and enjoy views overlooking the nearby nature reserve and bird sanctuary. There is a large communal pool along with a smaller pool that is suitable for children. There is an abundance of outdoor space including a large front patio that is an ideal sun trap even in the winter months and an enclosed rear patio that is an ideal place to sit and relax. You can use this area to catch the early rising sun or as a cooler sitting and dining area on the hottest days. There is also a large roof top solarium.
