Casa Julia is set in the most wonderful mature garden in the Can Furnet community just outside Ibiza town. Can Furnet has 24 hour security at the entrance, and residents also benefit from the use of the community tennis courts. The house; 250sqm and with AC throughout, 3 double bedrooms and a single room with a cot for an infant off the master suite. The master bedroom has a large 'four poster'bed and en-suite, TV, fitted wardrobes and glass patio doors that open onto the veranda, gardens and pool area. The second bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and also glass patio doors onto the veranda. The third bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite wet room. The fourth room has additional wardrobe space as well as a babies cot suitable for a small child. All bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge, with open plan kitchen, has large floor to ceiling windows that allow views of the garden and pool area. the lounge has a feature fireplace and large corner sofa.
