On the main floor there is a kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning, access to the terrace and the garden area, toilet and laundry area. If we go up to the first floor we find a suite with a 1,35 m bed and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a 1,20 m bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The terrace area has an awning and table and chairs to have lunch outside, in the garden area there is a barbecue. It has wifi and air conditioning in the living room. The car must be parked on the street, but the area is free and it is easy to park. The situation of the villa allows us to go on foot to go shopping or walking. The situation is ideal to visit the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, located just 5 minutes by car.
