Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Av. del Cid, is just a 10-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
