In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house La Gaviota for 14 people additionally. This house is situated at the beach in La Cala de Mijas, only one street appart. It takes you only one minute to go from your garden to the beach. Both houses together offer room for 19 people. Property Registration number CTC 2012095640 This villa is in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of La Cala and is situated only 60 metres from the beach. It sleeps 6 people plus a cot and has 2 bathrooms. The house has been recently extensively and luxuriously renovated throughout and has been our holiday home for many years. It's convenient location is perfect for couples and families alike and the facilities are all within walking distance with no necessity for the use of a car. Buses and taxis are available in the village for visits to other parts of the coast, however car hire is also available in the village for short or longer term rentals. The house has 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having access to a pretty balcony. There is a large roof top sun terrace with sun loungers, dining table and superb views to the mountains and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with modern facilities including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and all the necessary kitchen appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a typical Andalusian patio which makes for the perfect outdoor dining experience throughout the summer months. LOVELY FAMILY VILLA The villa is one of four situated in a garden area overlooking the sea. The environment is very tranquil, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is a home from home with Satellite TV, CD, DVD players as well as WiFi and Apple TV for those like us who love watching Netflix! There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dishwasher and microwave to make your stay as hassle free as possible. There are individual Heating/Air conditioning units in every room. Miraflores is a well established complex which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is 10 mins walk downhill and there are supermarkets dotted throughout Miraflores all within easy walking or driving distance. The terrace has a dining table, a chilled sofa area and sun loungers for the private garden. The villa has been finished to a very high standard with excellent fixtures and fittings. We also have an English agent looking after the villa so if you require any help while you are on holiday you have a local contact....
