Entering the property on the top floor, there is an entrance hall, WC, modern American style kitchen and large lounge. The front of the lounge is fully glazed patio doors opening onto a terrace with seating and occasional table. The second level down has 3 double bedrooms all with air conditioning and ceiling fans for summer comfort. The Master bedroom has a super-king size bed, en suite and dressing room. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and the Bedroom 3 has standard double bed. All bedrooms have patio doors which open onto a part covered terrace and have views of the bay and mountains.
