Set into the Murcian hills overlooking the north course with stunning views.No hum of traffic. It is within walking distance of Las Lomas, and Canonero restaurant. This area is ideal for walking the surrounding hills with spectacular views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. The villa terraces are generous and bathed in sunshine. It has a private pool with (outside) shower and large private gardens. The built in barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals. There is extensive private parking. Due to its location in the hills, it is not overlooked. We have added a pergola on the roof terrace for shade while dining. We are lucky to have sunshine on our terraces both in Summer and Winter.
