Our four bedroom property is situated in La Cala de Mijas which is a small coastal town, originally a small fishing village and now a popular destination for those wishing to visit a charming town which retains much of its Andalusian seaside character. The house is situated in a gated complex, about ten minutes walk from the town or fifteen minutes to the beach. It is sandwiched in a tranquil location between the local golf course and the residents’ shared swimming pool right outside the front door! The house has four bedrooms, one master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, two twin-bedded rooms and a further double bedroom on the top floor with a fabulous outside terrace overlooking the beautiful pool. There is a large family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen has been completely renewed and has all modern appliances including wine cooler and leads to a separate laundry area. The large lounge diner leads out onto a terrace overlooking the golf course and is perfect for dining or BBQ-ing alfresco.
