Apartment Seaside is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation. On the 40 sqm terrace you can listen to the sound of the sea, as well as on the 110 sqm roof terrace above. The roof terrace as well as the 270 sqm garden are for your exclusive use. From the roof terrace and the garden you have a magnificent 360° view of the sea and the mountains and can enjoy the sun to the fullest all year round. In the summer of 2022 the apartment was renovated and completely refurnished. In the spacious two bedrooms there is a 180 x 200 cm double bed in each. There are enough towels and bed linen available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV set with German program as well as a workstation. The apartment has a high-speed WLAN connection (fiber optic). The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a bathtub, WC and bidet. A wide light well provides the bathroom with brightness and a fan heater with warmth. In the guest toilet there are many storage options as well as a hairdryer and shaving mirror, so you can get ready in parallel.
