The bathrooms are equipped with showers, a WC, a bidet and a hairdryer. The living rooms are equipped with a TV with German channels and a safe. The terraces are all furnished and the property is in a quiet location. There are numerous opportunities for nature walks in the surrounding area. The nearest supermarket can be reached by car in approx. 8 minutes. There you will also find the Charco de la Laja and Los Roques beach....

It is located in Las Aguas, municipality of San Juan de la Rambla. The rehabilitation was carried out in 2010 respecting the original configuration of the property that is subject to the rules of protection of the Historical Heritage for its characteristics and for being located on the Camino Real that bordered the sea to Garachico. The building has about 160 M2 distributed over two floors: a large dining room with Mudejar roof, two double and two single bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, preserving all the traditional techniques and original building materials: tea, stone of stonework, adobe and roofs with four waters. Stunning views over the sea from a garden terrace and two terraces overlooking the field planted with tropical fruits: bananas, orange, avocado, mango, peaches, papaya, coffee, cocoa, etc....
