The villa has two floors. The upper level consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The lower level includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also available on the terraces), two smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a selection of toys. Guests can also enjoy a trampoline, table tennis table, and dartboard on the premises. The outdoor area features a large swimming pool (5x10 meters), a garden, several terraces, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week. Our villa is set in one of the best locations for Moraira, not a long drive along the coast road or often where you have to walk along a busy road but up in the hills just behind Moraira town, lovely residential area easy and safe to walk either to the Tabaira centre where you’ll find a small but decent supermarket, a patisserie, florist, a restaurant/bar and another bar both serve food including breakfast, all a 5-7 min stroll, slightly uphill in places but not arduous, or if you walk into Moraira down the hill and along the vineyard this takes 20-30 minutes, 3-5 minute drive. Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south.
