Lovely detached villa on a spacious, quiet, walled, and secure plot of 1000 sqm. All on one level, there is a spacious lounge with a fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine). The master bedroom has a full ensuite, plus there is a further double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, and electric fans. The villa features a private swimming pool, a side terrace with table and chairs (with large parasol), an eating area under the pagoda, and a BBQ. The porch provides a shady spot to sit during the day and overlooks the pool. There is a TV with DVD player and a stereo in the lounge. Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Guests must bring their own dog bedding, blankets, and towels. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, or in the pool, and all mess must be cleaned up from the grounds. An additional fee will be charged for extended cleaning and garden inspection if required. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. There is a lovely balcony just off the living area which looks over natural parkland towards the Natural La mata lake. The apartment has UK Sat TV as well as Spanish digital tv. There is fibre-optic wifi internet (Very fast) The communal pool is just a few steps away and is open 10am until 10pm. The terrace has a pull-out gazebo fitted to help provide shade if required. The local shops , bars and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk and this is also where you can get a bus that goes into the main town centre if you wanted a little more nightlife, a visit to the beach or the market etc....
