We offer for tourist rental a two-story chalet with a swimming pool and a large green area, 400 meters from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, three bathrooms, a glazed terrace, a balcony, and two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure: the "Consum" supermarket is 200 meters away, and the nearest cafe is 50 meters away. The sea is 400 meters away, but Los Locos beach is about 650 meters away. Accommodation capacity: up to 7 people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed in open areas! Check-in process is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. It’s 25 miles from Alicante Airport and an hour’s drive from Benidorm and 35 minutes drive to Murcia. It sleeps 6 people, including the 2 twin bedrooms and a master bedroom with a King size bed and a beautiful balcony view. Outside is a huge private patio with a stone BBQ for those lazy sunset evenings. The communal pool is rated as the best in the area with 3 levels- including a large baby pool with a jug fountain. There is a new galley kitchen alongside the spacious living room which has a fridge, electric hob & oven, and ample plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Alongside the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine. Clothes can be dried in no time outside in the lovely warm air.
