All the facilities are located near the house, thus ensuring a lovely stay. The villa’s ground floor is the only part that is rented out; the first floor is in fact where the owners' parents live. However, you will have exclusive use of the outdoor area, thus including the pool. The rental’s main room is a spacious dining-living room with a massive fireplace and a fully-equipped galley corner; this room is heated and cooled thanks to the warm/cool air-con located above the fridge. The house is provided with one bathroom with shower, which is shared among the eight guests that’ll stay here, and three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, and one is furnished with one double bed and two twin beds (1.05 mt each). Please note that the bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of people renting the house.
